PRE-BEDDING & MATS

Your orders for pre-bedding and mats must be made before Friday, June 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Kuhlwein will be unable to pre-bed and/or mat your stalls if the request is received after 9:00 a.m. on June 6, 2025.

Dr. Scott Bennett Scholarship in Equine Veterinary Medicine.

IMPORTANT:
Proof of insurance must accompany your application for vendor space.

Vendors

$50.00 for inside 10 x 10 stall and front plus electric charges

$100.00 for outside vendor space plus electric charges

Electric arrangements and payment must be made
two weeks prior to our event
directly with Expo Services using
their form expo-services-electric
Only 10 spaces are available in Gilligan Complex.
